Join Soul Rider and our group of spiritual teachers as they take you on a journey to experience the gateway to the Himalayas and get a taste of the spiritual centre of the world and the teachers who shared their wisdom with humanity.

Day 1

We take the early morning Shatabdi Express from Delhi to Haridwar. (Flight option from Delhi to Dehradun and transfer to Haridwar) After we check in, eat lunch, and rest, there will be a talk to understand the significance of Haridwar and the Himalayas. We will then spend some time developing skills to enhance our awareness to appreciate the magic of this divine region.
After tea, we will head to Har Ki Pauri to attend the world famous evening Ganga Aarti. Post the aarti we will walk thru the hustle and bustle of Haridwar and return to our hotel for dinner.
Spend night at Haridwar

Day 2

The day starts with an early morning session of asanas and pranayama followed by kriyas to cleanse yourself of negative thoughts and emotions.
After breakfast, we will depart for a unique meditation on the banks of the Ganges at Har Ki Pauri. The purpose of this mediation is to fully imbibe the experience of  Ganga Ma and understand why millions of people come to this holy river to bathe and purify their consciousness. After the meditation, we will return to our hotel for lunch and some rest. We will then begin our evening with another kriya to help us deepen our understanding of our internal blockages and how we can change the quality of our results, by changing the quality of our thoughts.
We shall then visit a particular ashram on the banks of the Ganga to immerse ourselves in the wisdom of one of the most influential teachers of Hindu philosophy.
Spend night at Haridwar

Day 3

This is a long day and we begin our journeys towards the Greater Himalayas. We will spend the night at Joshimath (altitude 6,150 feet or 1875 m), where the sage Adi Shankaracharya spent many years before he got the calling to establish the Char Dhams of Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri, and Yamnotri. Our drive will be approximately 9 hrs and we will pass thru 4 of the 5 Prayag’s (five sacred river confluences namely Devprayag, Rudraprayag, Karnaprayag, Nandaprayag, and Vishnuprayag). As we ascend into the Greater Himalayas, we will stop at locations of spiritual significance to experience the divine energy of the Himalayas.
We will spend the night in luxury tents at Joshimath and get a good nights rest after the long journey.

Day 4

This is an exciting day with a lot to look forward to. We begin our day with some light asanas, pranayama and kriyas for inner peace and balance. After breakfast we commence to Badrinath, 2 hrs by road. Enroute we shall visit Vishnuprayag (the 5th Prayag) and Hanuman Chatti. Legend has it that Lord Hanuman broke the ego of Bhima (the 2nd Pandava) at this site.  Upon arrival at Badrinath we shall check in to our hotel and proceed for lunch. After lunch at 3 pm we shall visit the Badrinath shrine and spend the rest of the day enjoying and learning about the significance of this great shrine dedicated to Lord Vishnu (Narayana). Those who wish can also conduct a special puja for their ancestors to help them achieve Moksha.
Night halt at Badrinath

Day 5

We begin this day with a light hike and visit Mana Village (The Last Village of India). Legend has it that Ved Vyasa resided in a cave above the village over 5,000 years ago. Ved Vyasa compiled the Mahabharat, Gita, Upanishads, amongst other Indian epics at this site. Our hike will conclude at the source of the Saraswati river which disappears from its source and reemerges at the Sangam at Allahabad. After our hike we return to the hotel and prepare for checkout and departure and have lunch. After lunch we head out to Joshmimath and will visit the Narsin temple and Kalpavriksha tree. It is said that Adi Shankaracharya spent many years meditating under this tree and it has the power to fulfill your wishes.
We will spend the night in luxury tents at Joshimath (same as night 4).

Day 6

Our last day in the Greater Himalayas will begin early. Enroute we shall stop at Devprayag, where the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi meet to form the Ganga where we shall do a special prayer and give thanks for our journey.  We expect to reach Rishikesh by the evening and shall have a special farewell dinner to celebrate our evolution and growth.
Night halt at Rishikesh

Day 7

Our final day of the journey begins with a some light asanas, pranayama and the kriyas that we have learnt. After breakfast we will once again proceed to the banks of the Ganges to do a final offering of thanks and a meditation.
Thereafter we will return to the hotel, eat lunch, and depart for the airport to return to our homes.
