According to the WHO or the World Health Organization, Depression is on the rise and is set to become the second most common ailment after diabetes by 2020.
Models predict that by 2030, Mental health issues including depression and burnout will be the most common ailments.
I am conducting research on the effect of deep and controlled breathing on physical and emotional well being. Please paricipate in my research and help us establish a positive correlation between the breath and our emotional states.
