At Soul Rider we offer coaching and consulting to help people reach personal fulfillment. But in order to explain how we do this, probably the best place to start is with the story of my own journey.
I was not always a coach, I spent 10 years – a decade – working at a bank and trying to find meaning and purpose in my life. Finally, in 2007, after a long personal struggle, I decided to take a leap – a leap of faith – in order to find purpose in my work, relationships and being. I remember reading this quote that said, “Helping Others Helps You Help Yourself”. So, with this in mind, and after exploring many different avenues – from Social Venture Capital to Solar Energy Projects – I eventually found that the role of a Coach was the best way for me to grow and to contribute meaningfully to people’s lives and businesses.
